Děti a píseň Horňácka 2026

V neděli 1. března 2026 se v kulturním domě ve Velké nad Veličkou uskutečnila tradiční dětská přehlídka lidových písní Děti a píseň Horňácka. Do letošního ročníku se zapojilo celkem 21 mladých zpěváčků z různých obcí regionu, kteří předvedli nejen své pěvecké dovednosti, ale také krásný vztah k lidové tradici svého kraje.

S hlubokou lítostí oznamujeme, že dne 15. 3. 2026 zemřela Ludmila Kočišová ze Vnorov, vynikající výrobkyně figurek z kukuřičného šustí. Paní Kočišová byla všestrannou osobností, svůj výtvarný talent i rukodělnou zručnost však nejlépe uplatnila v oblasti výroby z kukuřičného šustí. Projekt Oživení lidového umění zemí V4 prostřednictvím rozvoje kreativního průmyslu

Ve dnech 4. – 8. března 2026 se v maďarském městě Békéscsaba uskutečnil první ze čtyř plánovaných workshopů projektu Oživení lidového umění zemí V4 prostřednictvím rozvoje kreativního průmyslu. Jedním z partnerů grantového projektu Visegrátského fondu je i Národní ústav lidové kultury.

Dne 1. března 2026 ve věku 82 let odešla paní Jiřina Veselská, rozená Rousová. Byla významnou českou etnografkou, dlouholetou pracovnicí Muzea Beskyd ve Frýdku-Místku a Valašského muzea v přírodě v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm, vysokoškolskou pedagožkou, čestnou členkou České národopisné společnosti a nositelkou medaile Ministerstva kultury České republiky Artis Bohemiae Amicis.
